Experience
Julia is a trainee attorney-at-law and works as a Junior Associate in the Real Estate Department in our Warsaw office. She supports the team in providing ongoing legal assistance to clients in the real estate sector, in particular by assisting in the preparation and review of transaction documentation, drafting contractual documents, and developing working materials to help identify key legal issues. She takes part in due diligence processes, analyses the legal status of properties, and contributes to projects involving real estate acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, and investment processes.
