Experience

Dr Maria Kierska is an advocate and a Counsel, a member of the Renewable Energy and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Teams at DWF. Maria specialises in offshore, onshore wind and solar development and RES sector agreements (vPPA, PPA, DSA, BoP, TSA, O&M). She focuses on dispute resolution before the common courts concerning commercial, services, delivery and construction contracts (including FIDIC contracts), liability for damages, interim measures and enforcement proceedings, as well as contracts negotiations and commercial mediation. Maria also advises on transactional, regulatory and real estate aspects of renewable energy projects in Poland.
