Gabriella is a solicitor in the Commercial team, advising clients on a range of commercial and competition matters.
Gabriella has experience supporting the team on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts and merger control compliance.
During a six‑month secondment at a Premier League football club and global sports brand, Gabriella gained firsthand insight into the commercial, operational, and regulatory pressures faced by fast‑paced businesses. This experience has strengthened her ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially aligned advice.
She works on matters focused on:
- Commercial contracts – drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements;
- Corporate due diligence – providing specialist commercial contract & competition advice on large scale corporate due diligence transactions;
- IT – reviewing technology and software contracts; and
- Competition law – supporting clients with competition law and investment security obligations.

- Acting for a large supermarket chain on a range of contract review and business as usual matters.
- Advising an insurance business on preparing standard terms and conditions relating to the provision of AI platform services.
- Providing commercial due diligence support in relation to a number of acquisitions.
- Advising a major national utility on legal aspects of regulated procurements of a high-value and business-critical technology contract, including supporting on complex negotiations up to conclusion.
- Preparing and submitting mandatory notifications pursuant to National Security and Investment Act compliance.
- Advising businesses in respect of merger control compliance.
