Brittany's experience includes advising London market insurers on a wide range of complex coverage issues, with particular expertise in cargo disputes, fine art and specie claims, and freight liability matters, including those governed by the CMR Convention.
Her practice includes handling litigation and arbitration under the LCIA, LMAA, and ICC rules, where she has acted in high-value, multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
Brittany also has experience in commodity disputes, both advisory and contentious. She has acted for major commodity traders in navigating complex trade disputes including jurisdictional issues.
In addition, Brittany advises on yacht-related claims, representing insurers and prominent naval architects in resolving technical and commercial disputes.
