Experience
Mauro has a full expertise in handling complex claims, at an out-of-court and litigation level, in respect of financial lines (D&O, PI), W&I, P&C, med-mal and P&C lines of business. He provides legal advice to both domestic and international insurance and reinsurance undertakings in regulatory matters (such as, recently, IDD implementation), non-contentious matters and policy wording.
Mauro was seconded for four months to the London office of an international law firm working with the litigation team.
