Her professional career focuses primarily on advising national and international companies in commercial areas, in all aspects of daily management, as well as mergers and acquisitions, divisions, processes of organisational restructuring and company integrations, family-run businesses, joint ventures and also in processes of investment and divestment in national and foreign companies in various sectors.
She also has extensive experience providing advice in the field of corporate secretarial services for Boards of Directors, as well as in the structuring, establishment, and launching of family-owned venture capital firms (Sociedades de Capital Riesgo, or SCRs), including the comprehensive management of their corporate secretarial functions, including all aspects relating to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the management of governing bodies. Additionally, she has experience in pre-litigation matters arising from corporate disputes.
