Matteo is an Italian qualified lawyer with extensive experience in a wide range of legal matters pertaining to insolvency, company restructuring, distressed M&A operations, as well as finance and bankruptcy litigation and arbitration.

Matteo regularly advises a range of clients (primarily financial institutions, insolvency administrators, debtors, creditors, investors and funds) in insolvency procedures and financial difficult situations. His experience covers a broad range of domestic and international litigation and arbitration issues.

Before joining DWF, Matteo worked at a leading Italian firm, and had several years of experience working with the full professor of Bankruptcy and Arbitration law at the University of Milan. During this experience, he was able to gain an insight into matters involving complex insolvency, restructuring, litigation and arbitration elements.
