Konrad's daily work focuses on performing tax advisory services in the field of tax litigation and judicial-administrative proceedings in tax matters, as well as in the field of transactional advisory. His area of competence concentrates mostly on value-added tax, real estate tax and corporate income tax, as well as to a lesser extent on other taxes, including transfer tax, excise duty and personal income tax. Konrad has particular experience in providing services to the companies from energy (mostly renewables), industrial (mostly high-tech) and financial services (mostly investment funds) sectors, most of which are international corporations.

  • Member of a team preparing appeals to the Provincial Administrative Courts and cassation appeals to the Supreme Administrative Court in cases concerning method of VAT settlement from goods importation by leading South Korean electronics manufacturer.
  • Member of a team preparing appeals to the Provincial Administrative Courts and cassation appeals to the Supreme Administrative Court in the cases concerning bad debt relief application by a leading Irish construction corporation.
  • Member of a team advising various Polish investment funds on tax aspects of investments in foreign venture capital funds.
  • Member of a team working on complaints to the Provincial Administrative Courts and to the Supreme Administrative Court regarding taxation of wind power plants subject to increased real estate tax from 2017.
