Having worked in the company secretarial area since 2010, Jordan has acted as a project manager and coordinator for global services and lead a team of dedicated individuals specialised in this area. Key areas of expertise include: managing compliance for international subsidiaries, implementing corporate changes such as directors, leading incorporation and liquidation projects, and driving post acquisition integration projects (covering items such as changes of company name, address and board changes).  Jordan brings experience across a wide range of sectors and countries, to deliver substantial projects on budget, to tight deadlines and minimising the challenges of working globally.

Jordan has worked with clients to transform the management of their company secretarial obligations, moving to centralised and outsource models, using experience and technology to increase efficiency, drive down costs, and maintain global oversight and control.

Jordan has delivered director training and workshops to induct new directors, and refresh existing directors, to their international roles, the support has included details on their duties, obligations, and liabilities. This work has also supported internal legal teams to assist as part of risk management procedures and gaining insight to global requirements. 

Jordan has experience working with a range of clients, including FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, across sectors including financial services, industrial manufacturing, retail, leisure, and education.
