Augusto works as an advisor for important national and international companies in matters of copyright, technology transfer (R+D+I), software, patents and trademarks, trade secrets, plant varieties, sports, advertising, e-commerce, and unfair competition, also practising as a certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) in matters of data protection.
He is a member of the Private Law Council and associate professor of commercial law and private international law in Pablo de Olavide University (UPO), and works as a professor of different masters in various business schools.
Additionally, Augusto is a regular speaker at national and international seminars and congresses of his speciality, and an author of different legal and doctrinal articles in different specialised media sources.
