Giuseppe Candela has gained significant experience in the sector, with a particular focus on renewables, assisting national and international clients in numerous project financing, M&A, and project contract law projects (with particular attention to PPAs). Giuseppe obtained an LL.M. in Energy and Climate Change Law from Queen Mary University of London and a master's degree in Law and Business from the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore in Milan.
Giuseppe will be based in the London and Milan offices, also to further promote cross-selling in the energy and infrastructure sector between the two offices of the firm.
