Simon is an experienced insurance executive with over 35 years in the industry. His reputation for excellence in business is based on his broad experience and specialised knowledge within the insurance sector. Simon has a strong track record for delivering growth and has been recognised globally for his contributions through the design and delivery of bespoke risk management programs for his clients.
He joined the UK Executive Board of Gallagher Bassett in 2010 and was influential in delivering wider technical and specialty services to his clients through both organic growth and acquisitions. In 2018, he was appointed UK CEO and joined the International Executive Board, a position he held until stepping down in 2024. Simon is a regular contributor to industry discussions on change management, performance excellence, and organizational culture.
