Joshua works with clients in order to resolve disputes as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible, either through litigation, mediation or other alternative dispute resolution.
He has substantial High Court and experience, having acted for and against individuals, SME's, PLCs, multi-national conglomerates and Government States, in a multitude of disputes, He has substantial know-how and knowledge of matters involving allegations of fraud and dishonesty, as well as shareholder prejudice, joint-venture, boardroom and post-transaction related disputes. When needed, Joshua is well versed in obtaining urgent Court relief, ranging from the delivery up and inspection of IT equipment to prohibitory injunctions to worldwide freezing orders, in both the prevention of wrongdoing and in the enforcement of judgments. Joshua is also well versed in arbitration (both ad-hoc and under the guise of arbitral bodies such as the ICC and the LCIA), mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Outside the office Joshua is a keen Aston Villa fan, but these days spends more time at Leyton Orient with his young son.
