Miquel specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the restructuring of corporate groups, joint ventures and venture capital and private equity funding rounds.His experience includes providing ongoing advice on a wide range of commercial negotiations and contracts, as well as on matters relating to business law and corporate governance, offering comprehensive advice on corporate matters and managing the secretarial functions of boards and management bodies.
Furthermore, he has extensive expertise in the aerospace industry, with over ten years of experience advising manufacturers, owners, lessors, operators, financiers, maintenance organisations (MROs), and other key players in the aviation and space sectors. He has been involved in all types of operating lease transactions, financing, sale and leasebacks, as well as in the establishment of aerospace companies and corporate transactions relating to aerospace transport. He also regularly advises on projects related to the New Space and unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) sectors, areas in which he possesses in-depth knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework.
