Ben's wide practice has included acting on international coverage, defence of liability and subrogation disputes. He has advised publicly listed blue chip corporates, insurers / reinsurers, and insurance market intermediaries on an extensive range of arbitration and litigation in England & Wales, Bermuda, the USA and Europe.

Ben advises on commercial contracts and reviews (re)insurance policy wordings for London Market participants. Ben has expertise in (re)insurance related issues arising in Property and liability, Construction & Engineering, Product Liability & Recall and Professional Liability lines of business including experience of legal issues arising from pharmaceutical (opioids), product liability (medical accessories/devices), heavy industry (steel production/gas holders), civil engineering (underpasses and bridge design failings, geotechnical engineering failures), high value commercial debt recovery (automotive sector) and railway collisions/incidents. Ben routines acts for London Market risk carriers and their (re)insureds.
