Michelle advises mobile network operators on their route to renewal and advises banks on recovery actions, security realisation and contentious litigation. She also acts for banks, lending institutions and private clients in their capacity as creditor in relation to debt recovery involving commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy. She provides advice and acts for insolvency practitioners acting as Trustees in Bankruptcy in the administration and realisation of bankrupt estates, or as Supervisors of Individual Voluntary Arrangements

Michelle is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland, R3, Women In Business and the Belfast Solicitors’ Association. She also sits on the Committee and is a Director of the Franco-British Lawyers Society.
