Experience
Jakub Cichuta is an attorney-at-law trainee and works as an Associate in the Banking, Finance and Insolvency Litigation Department at DWF (Poland).
He has experience in working for banks and wide range of business entities in sectors of, inter alia, electronics industry, heavy industry and movie theatres. Jakub advised in cases concerning business restructuring, insolvency, responsibilities of management boards and conducted restructuring, insolvency and court proceedings, including FX loans disputes.
