Colin also supports corporate and commercial colleagues and regularly advises on the pension aspects of insolvency and contentious matters, as well as preparing pension scheme documentation.
Colin has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in pensions law since 2001 and advises on a wide range of pensions issues. As a Director of Moat Pensions Limited since 1998, he also has extensive experience of trusteeship.
Outside of work Colin enjoys most sports (in particular rugby and golf), hill walking and eating spicy food!
