Anthony's practice focuses on corporate law (LBOs, private equity, M&A) and commercial law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
He regularly assists and advises companies in their search for financing, including the drafting and negotiation of the necessary agreements and contracts, as well as in all matters concerning their structuring and litigation.
Anthony has developed an expertise in complex litigation before the commercial courts.
