Tamsin has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for both customers and suppliers in a variety of sectors.
She has particular expertise in the technology sector, having previously working in-house in the legal department of a data management company specialising in cloud services and data centre solutions. She has also acted for a variety of clients in relation to commercial arrangements in the media and entertainment sector.
Her work includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements for managed cloud services, software development and SaaS, IT outsourcing, manufacturing and distribution, franchising, sponsorship and endorsement, talent management and IP protection and licencing, including brand and image rights.
