Greg has experience both pursuing and defending a variety of actions in Scotland, such breach of contract, professional negligence, interim interdict and statutory appeals. He also has experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution - adjudication, mediation and arbitration – and has achieved commercially viable settlements on behalf of client before any formal or alternative form of dispute resolution has been raised.
Greg has acted for insurers (and in turn, their insured clients) in the defence of various professional negligence actions. These high-value claims included clients from the construction, finance and legal sector.
Greg has also represented clients both pursuing and defending commercial actions, in sectors ranging from commercial real estate, construction, retail, as well as local authority and governmental branches.
