Prior to joining DWF Chambers, Declan began his clerking career in 2015 at Byrom Street Chambers. He is responsible for day-to-day management of the diary and works closely alongside Anthony Flannigan, Sarah Monaghan and Owen Macro. Outside of work he can be found attending gigs or avidly following Manchester United.
