The two professionals, Enrico Maria Curti, who joined DWF in 2022, and Mauro Modica, who joined in 2018, join the 16 partners of the firm led by Michele Cicchetti, Managing Partner since its opening.

Curti, Head of the Power & Utilities department, is an expert in regulated sectors such as gas and water, as well as in operations in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and infrastructure, assisting major public entities, publicly or privately held companies, and listed companies. Modica, who joined DWF together with Matteo Cerretti, has extensive experience in the insurance world, assisting national and international insurance companies, numerous Lloyd's market syndicates, and intermediaries in a wide range of judicial and extrajudicial advisory matters.
