On 23 May 2024, the Palace Suites at Kensington’s prestigious Royal Garden Hotel played host to the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards 2024. Claims Management Team of the Year – Service Provider – NI – Special Jurisdictions

Our Northern Ireland Motor, Fraud and Credit Hire team's victory in this category reflects our strategic initiatives aimed at reducing claims inflation and indemnity spend. DWF’s unique integration of specialist jurisdictional lawyers with predictive intelligence analysts was pivotal in delivering ground breaking methods that have yielded significant savings for insurers. The judges were particularly impressed with our pioneering ways of working, recognising the tangible impact of our strategies on the industry.
