Magdalena works as a Senior Associate in the Banking, Finance and Insolvency Litigation Department at DWF in Poland.
Magdalena has comprehensive experience in the area of civil proceedings, which she acquired as a judge's assistant, as well as in the area of criminal law, in particular in the area of prosecuting economic crimes, counteracting money laundering and terrorism financing, which she gained while working in law enforcement agencies. Currently, her practice focuses on civil law, where she represents financial market entities in disputes arising in connection with foreign currency loans and the sale of financial instruments.
