Emma has accumulated over 20 years general Insurance experience gained across various entities which includes; Insurer, Claims Adjuster and Coverholder environments. During this period, Emma specialised in Motor and Property Claims and as an Underwriter within the Property Owners team.
Emma supervised numerous large claims handling teams in an operational role and was an integral part of the Senior leadership team. Prior to this, Emma was responsible for the internal/external claims handling audits as well as the Quality Assurance function for her designated division.
Emma took ownership of the remedial action plans identified from Audit, Business Improvement Programmes, Customer Surveys and Customer dissatisfaction completing detailed root cause analysis. Emma worked closely with Clients and participated in regular reviews for the Division's performance ensuring that claims were managed efficiently and effectively.
Emma joined DWF Audit in February 2023 as the audit coordinator and is looking forward to utilising her technical and operational skills in her current role whilst completing her training to become an auditor.
