Andrew is a Partner and Location Head for the nationally recognised and award winning Commercial Litigation team in Liverpool.

Experience

Andrew leads the user friendly Commercial Litigation team in Liverpool. He is experienced in dealing with heavyweight, and all aspects of, contractual and commercial disputes as well as corporate and shareholder disputes, cross-border litigation, regulatory and public law disputes and professional negligence claims.

Andrew’s experience and expertise extends to managing disputes throughout Europe, Asia, USA and South Africa. A number of his cases have been reported in the UK and worldwide.

His clients range from SMEs to large multi-nationals; including well-known manufacturers, communication service providers, network operators and major telecoms resellers.

Andrew specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution with a particular focus on corporate, IT, telecommunications, outsourcing and professional negligence disputes.

Andrew also leads DWF’s telecoms sector group. He has considerable experience in managing telecoms disputes, having acted over the years for a number of leading domestic and international telecoms operators and resellers.

Andrew is recognised as a leading individual for IT & Telecoms legal services.
