The transaction concerned a portfolio comprising four special purpose vehicles managing wind power assets with a total installed capacity of 74.9 MW.
DWF provided comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of the transaction, including vendor due diligence, support during negotiations, assistance with closing, as well as advice on investment financing and amendments to the financing documentation of the projects operated by the portfolio companies.
The project was handled by a multidisciplinary DWF team in Poland, supervised by Dr Karol Lasocki, Partner and Head of the Renewable Energy Department.
