Experience
Jakub is a Junior Associate in DWF’s Corporate team in Warsaw. He advises Polish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and general corporate governance matters, providing practical, business-oriented solutions to complex legal issues.
Before joining DWF, Jakub gained international experience in Dubai and New York, where he served as a Judicial Fellow at the New York State Supreme Court.
Jakub holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University and an LL.B. from the University of York. He is admitted to the New York Bar and is currently preparing to sit the Solicitors Qualifying Examination towards qualification as a Solicitor of England and Wales, alongside pursuing a PhD focused on the regulation of crypto-assets in the EU and the U.S.
