Experience
Joanna has participated in numerous local and cross border financing and refinancing transactions, including real estate finance and project finance. Joanna advises domestic and international banks, financial institutions and borrowers. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating finance documents and legal opinions, as well as overseeing the fulfilment of conditions precedent for facility disbursements.
Before joining DWF in Poland, she worked in leading international law firms.
Joanna graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Aberdeen School of Law and completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London, where she is currently studying a postgraduate master’s degree.
