Naveen Gupta

Partner, Manchester

Naveen is a partner within the Real Estate team, based in Manchester. He acts for retail and leisure operators, large corporate occupiers, developers, charities and institutional clients with large property portfolios.

Experience

He has over ten years' experience in acting for household names, specialising in corporate occupier work, general property management, landlord and tenant, asset and portfolio management, retail management and sales and acquisitions.

With over ten years' experience in acting for household names and PLCs, Naveen specialises in investment work, asset and portfolio management, retail management and sales and acquisitions. He has significant experience in advising on property-related matters on corporate transactions.

His role as DWF's client relationship partner for a number of the firm's key clients including a global sports brand and a health & fitness chain gives him great pleasure. He also leads and manages a number of other client service teams.

Naveen's client list covers many high profile deals across the UK including major retail and hotel acquisitions in London and large-scale projects for corporate entities.

Naveen is a non-executive Director and Trustee of charitable organisation Z-arts, Manchester's primary venue for children and families covering all art forms and creative activities, and he is involved in supporting the Wood Street Mission, leading a team of volunteers to assist pupils of Manchester Academy.

When not at work Naveen searches out rare and antique vinyl which he particularly enjoys listening to. Unfortunately he can't take vinyl out when he runs with Manchester Arndale's Running Club or when he supports Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
