Our purpose is to transform legal services through our people for our clients. We believe that organisations worldwide can benefit from connected support, services and solutions that go beyond conventions and expectations.

That’s why we are transforming our own business, with technological innovation, outstanding sector specialists and advanced working practices that translate into an entirely new business model.

Agile Working

We continue to challenge the culture of presenteeism wherever it exists across our business, empowering agile employees to work anywhere, anytime – as long as business needs are met.

Agile Working

We continue to challenge the culture of presenteeism wherever it exists across our business, empowering agile employees to work anywhere, anytime – as long as business needs are met.

We value the contributions of all of our people, which is why in 2019 we were named one of the Top 10 Employers in the UK for Working Families.

We continually evolve our thinking to enhance flexibility and design a working environment, which gives our people the right space to do their best work, along with the services, technology and line manager capability to support and accept greater organisational flexibility and different styles of working.

Being agile means you have one of our offices assigned as your base location but you can work from multiple locations. These could be a hot desk, another office, your home or any other location of your choosing during your contracted working hours.

Our aim is to transition to a culture where we focus on results and performance instead of time and attendance.

Clients

Our clients range from FTSE 100 multinational household names to private individuals, from both the public and private sector, from across the globe.

We collaborate closely and establish strong connections, creating a solid platform from which we can help clients to achieve their commercial objectives. We are market leaders in the use of client-tailored technology, including creating and developing bespoke solutions and using data as an opportunity to inform better decisions.

Diversity and Inclusion

At DWF we aim to create an inclusive environment where you can bring your whole self to work and enable our diversity to truly flourish.

Diversity and Inclusion

All our people help to shape our culture by sharing their perspectives, experiences and challenging our thinking. We value this diversity of thought as it helps us to become a better global business and be better together, which is one of DWF's core values.

Employee Benefits

We want to create a work environment where our people feel appreciated and valued for their efforts and contributions.

Employee Benefits

We want to create a work environment where our people feel appreciated and valued for their efforts and contributions.

To support this we have a comprehensive total reward and compensation package split into four key areas:

  • Reward and compensation
  • Employee benefits
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Engagement and recognition

We provide a number of core company-funded benefits, which our employees can find out more about on our Reward+ platform. These include life assurance, pension provision and healthcare.

There is also the flexibility to make use of a number of voluntary benefits, such as Apple and Windows products, extra holidays, gym membership, cycle to work, additional insurances and payroll giving.

Our benefits are regularly benchmarked and reviewed against a peer group of our major competitors and key players in the local market to ensure that we have a competitive offering.

Employee Recognition

In 2019, we launched The Rubies, an annual award ceremony that recognises DWF people across the globe who have made a significant contribution during the last year.
