- Shareholder, M&A and other contractual disputes, often involving allegations of fraud, breach of representations and warranties, corporate governance issues, directors’ duties.
- Financial sector and securities disputes, including group litigation under s90 and s90A FSMA 2000.
- Investor-state disputes: BIT and ECT arbitration claims, pre-action engagement, advisory work on treaty protection strategies in the context of investment structuring.
- Energy, natural resources, and infrastructure disputes: thermal power plants, renewables, power transmission systems, oil & gas assets, mining, transport infrastructure – often involving project finance.
- Cross-border enforcement: injunctions, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and court judgments, annulment of awards, sovereign immunity issues.
