Throughout her career, Francesca has developed extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and real estate law, with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector.
She advises Italian and international clients on M&A transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of portfolios of renewable energy assets and green projects, providing support on all aspects of the transaction, including regulatory, planning and permitting matters, as well as incentive schemes and grid connection issues.
Francesca also has significant experience in the negotiation and drafting of complex agreements, including EPC, O&M and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and advises on all stages of real estate transactions, from structuring and negotiation through to closing.
She regularly works with financial institutions, industrial groups, investors and private equity funds, assisting them with corporate, real estate and commercial contract matters, as well as strategic investment and development projects. She also advises clients involved in real estate development projects, from construction through to asset management, ensuring practical and commercially focused solutions that comply with the applicable regulatory framework.
