Elisa has significant experience on employment-related matters connected to M&A and private equity operations and provides assistance to companies on employment-related matters and unions relationships. Within her professional experience, she has also developed skills on business and corporate law, contracts and compliance.
She graduated cum laude at Turin University in 2019 and, in the same year, she obtained the final certificate ("Attestato di Alta Formazione") of the Scuola di Studi Superiori "Ferdinando Rossi".
Elisa enrolled in the Milan Bar Association.
