Experience
Leanne has extensive experience advising on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, collective consultation, whistleblowing and contractual claims such as holiday pay. Leanne has acted for large, multi-site employers managing both complex projects and ad hoc employment advice helplines. Leanne also has in-depth expertise responding to data subject access requests, handling complaints to the Information Commissioner and advising employers on the data subject rights of their employees. Leanne spearheads the Employment Insurance team, which services some of DWF's biggest insurer clients. This role involves handling large volumes of Tribunal litigation for insured Claimants and Respondents. Leanne also works closely with DWF's Mindcrest division utilising people, process and technology to deliver new and innovative solutions in the field of employment law.
