DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, advised GC Castellammare S.r.l., a project company of Qair Italia, part of the independent French Qair Group, which operates globally in the renewable energy sector, on the completion of a project financing transaction for the construction of a photovoltaic plant with an installed capacity of approximately 25 MW in the Sicily Region.
