Experience
Marek is a lawyer working as a Junior Associate in the Real Estate Department of DWF Poland.
In his practice Marek focuses on advising high profile clients from the real estate sector with regards to warehouse, office, retail and PRS investments as well as clients from the energy sector with regards to renewable energy sources (RES) projects, including solar and wind farms.
Marek takes part in purchaser's, vendor's and refinancing due diligence processes as well as transactions of various nature, including asset-deals, share-deals and joint venture agreements.
