He has been involved in some of the highest profile deals in recent years across the region including:
- The acquisition of Crown Paints by Endless LLP.
- Acting for the management of Pets at Home in respect of the sale of that business to KKR.
- Acting for MSIF in relation to the sale of Vitaflo to Nestle.
In 2012, Paul was appointed as interim General Counsel of one of the largest pension funds in the UK, giving him first-hand experience of the role of the GC and a deeper understanding of client needs.
