Marcus Fink has extensive experience advising trustees, employers, financial institutions and insurers on all aspects of pensions law. This includes advising on both occupational and personal pension schemes, pension products, litigation, regulatory issues (both TPR and FCA) and de-risking strategies.
Marcus has particular experience in pensions investment matters (particularly in the insurance sector, negotiating and overseeing insured de-risking solutions and derivative and hedging products). He has advised corporate and trustee clients on the pensions issues on some the largest corporate transactions and restructurings, delivering innovative solutions to meet his clients objectives.
