Iga advises on complex domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions, including multi‑jurisdictional processes. She supports clients throughout the full deal lifecycle, from corporate and commercial due diligence and transaction documentation to closings and post‑closing integration. She also provides ongoing advice on corporate and commercial matters.
She graduated from the University of Wroclaw and gained international experience through a student exchange programme at the Università degli Studi di Milano.
