Experience
Anna has worked on cases involving disputes:
- corporate (e.g. legal advice on disputes between members of the board of directors of commercial law companies, legal advice to former members of the board of directors of a limited liability company on the company's liabilities, and legal advice to companies and foundations on contested changes to the National Court Register: change of board members, changes to the articles of association of companies and foundations);
- in the field of construction and real estate law, between the general contractor and subcontractors of construction works regarding joint and several liability of subcontractors and the general contractor; between the investor and purchasers regarding the execution of provisions of a preliminary agreement; regarding the due performance of agreements concluded between professional entities;
- on pharmaceutical law, on product liability and on medical malpractice.
In addition, Anna found time to provide legal advice on pro bono matters in various fields of law - e.g. obtaining the relevant licences and permits at Polish offices, in particular at the Ministry of Health for foreigners or legal support for foundations.
