Her clients are developers and house builders. She has dealt with a number of large commercial property disposals and acquisitions and regularly act for tenant and landlord clients as well as private clients seeking residential advice.
She was involved in managing the largest office transaction in Liverpool, in 2012, when she acted for the landlord in completing a letting to Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust.
She specialises in property investment and management including acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, landlord and tenant property disputes and lease negotiation on large industrial sites, office and retail estates.
