Experience
Gioia has extensive expertise in civil and insurance law, advising clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. She regularly assists companies and public entities in disputes involving claims for damages arising from contractual and non-contractual liability.
Between 2014 and 2015, she successfully completed a judicial traineeship pursuant to Article 73 of Decree-Law No. 69 of 21 June 2013, spending eight months in the criminal division and ten months in the civil division. During this period, she participated in single-judge and panel hearings, attended judicial deliberations, and contributed to the drafting of court decisions and judicial orders.
