Experience
Tomasz Jabłoński is an attorney-at-law, associate and member of the Banking and Finance Department at DWF Poland.
He specializes in refinancing and financing transactions, with a primary focus on acquisition finance, property finance and project finance. Tomasz advises both lenders and borrowers, representing his clients' interests in both local and international transactions.
He is responsible for drafting and negotiating finance documents, arranging closing meetings, issuing legal opinions and supervising collection of documents required for facility disbursements. Tomasz also participates in preparing due diligence reports.
Before joining DWF Poland, Tomasz gained experience working at other international law firms.
Tomasz is an attorney-at-law admitted by the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and also completed the British Law Centre course organized by the University of Cambridge.
