He has more than 15 years' experience advising on company law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, private equity and company administration.

His advice covers most aspects of company law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, private equity and company administration. Additionally, he was a major contributor to the Sweet & Maxwell title Shareholders' Agreements by Muth & Fitzgerald.

When not at his desk Stephen is underwater. He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver and keen underwater photographer. On dry land he regularly goes to the gym and is a keen golfer.
