Stephanie has 20 years’ experience examining and adjusting commercial and niche market claims. She has an emphasis on commercial general liability losses, wrap up liability, complex multiple party litigation, public sector (Municipal & Provincial), automobile bodily injury, entertainment claims (cast claims, Motion Picture Production losses).
Further experience includes; commercial property and automobile underwriting, complex loss litigation management in Canada, customer service specialist and trainer/educator. She is an expert in coverage analysis, interpreting policy wordings, certificates of insurance, and reservation of rights letters.
Stephanie also provides consulting, training, and serves as a contact and technical resource to junior staff, underwriters, brokers, and business partners. She also has experience in audit.
