Sarah has a wealth of experience dealing with a wide variety of Real Estate transactions. Sarah represents a number of both institutional lenders and challenger banks. Sarah has a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of Real Estate Finance matters. Sarah has recently represented an institutional lender in relation to a large scale portfolio transaction, together with specific structuring deals and development finance.
Sarah has represented a number of public sector client's and is part of the team advising Homes England in respect of transactions across the portfolio; Sarah has recently advised Homes England in relation to a large scale redevelopment including the provision of an access road.
Sarah has a wealth of experience dealing with the acquisition of development land, including dealing with complex forward funding structures for hotel developments and GP surgery's. Sarah recently completed a complex forward funding deal acting for a developer of a GP surgery, which included a fund acquiring the land and funding the development.
