Sara advises lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on a broad range of banking and finance transactions. She has experience across both conventional and Islamic finance structures, including drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation and advising on transaction execution and completion.
Sara regularly coordinates multi-jurisdictional matters, working closely with clients, counterparties and local counsel to facilitate successful deal completion.
In addition to her transactional finance and restructuring work, Sara has experience supporting multidisciplinary matters involving private equity, investment fund structuring and corporate transactions, including the establishment of a distressed debt fund in the UAE and corporate and governance-related projects.
