Experience
Paulina is an experienced litigation lawyer and an attorney-at-law that specialises in representing clients in court disputes in civil and commercial cases before courts of all instances and before the Supreme Court. Her main practice and area of interests relate to bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency advisory, including security of assets.
As a licensed restructuring advisor Paulina also represents creditors and debtors as well as court appointed administrators and in precedent-setting complex restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. She provides services for Polish and foreign clients in cases related to their ongoing business activity, including collection of debts in civil and commercial proceedings and contract law. Paulina has extensive experience in representing clients in court proceedings in the scope of complex corporate disputes. She has advised legal entities in preparatory and court proceedings related to white-collar crime cases with focus on insolvency and debt recovery.

- Analysis, advice and successful representation of the client as the former administrator of the restructuring estate in a precedent-setting payment proceedings initiated by a creditor of the restructured company on account of the liability of the administrator of the restructuring estate.
- Representing a client as a minority shareholder in a complex corporate dispute against a foreign company from the construction industry: representation in commercial court proceedings before courts of first and second instance and before the Supreme Court, negotiations, representation in preparatory and court criminal proceedings.
- Advising and representing a client from the construction industry in a precedent-setting multi-million, compensation case against a consulting company for improper performance of a European consulting contract in the field of EU subsidies.
- Advice and defense of the debtor in court proceedings related to the enforcement by the bank creditor of secured receivables before courts of first and second instances and the Supreme Court; advice to the debtor with the risk of insolvency.
- Comprehensive advice provided to the court supervisor during and after the completion of the restructuring proceedings, consisting of ongoing legal services and representation in the restructuring proceedings and in payment proceedings related to the enforcement by the bank creditor of secured receivables before courts.
- Successful legal representation of a company from the photovoltaic and construction industry in the complex commercial proceedings against contractors for improper performance of a storage contract.
